Terms of service
Effective date:
These terms are an agreement between you and Sanjay Sachi, an individual doing business as OneTimeLogin ("we", "us"), about your use of OneTimeLogin Jarvis ("Jarvis"). By using Jarvis you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Jarvis.
1. The service
Jarvis is a private scheduling assistant. After you sign in with your OneTimeLogin account and connect Google Calendar, Jarvis checks your availability and, within the scheduling permissions you set, proposes times to people you have paired with and adds agreed meetings to your Google Calendar.
Jarvis is in a testing phase. It is offered only to invited test users, it may change or stop at any time, and features may be incomplete.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract.
- You use Jarvis through your OneTimeLogin account. Keep your sign-in and second factor secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at sanjay.sachi@gmail.com if you think your account has been misused.
3. Your calendar and the permissions you grant
- You may connect only a Google account and calendar that you are entitled to use and to let Jarvis act on.
- You authorize Jarvis to check your free/busy times and to create events on your primary calendar within the scheduling permissions you grant and the approvals you give. You are responsible for the permissions you set, the people you pair with and the meetings you approve.
- Jarvis checks availability before it books, but calendars change and networks fail. Always confirm important meetings in Google Calendar.
- You can revoke a connection, permission or pairing at any time in the Jarvis console. Revoking stops future actions; it does not remove events already created.
- Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Jarvis to harass, spam or deceive anyone, or to schedule with people who have not agreed to pair with you;
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorized access to Jarvis, other accounts or our systems, or test their security without our written permission;
- interfere with or overload the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
- resell, sublicense or provide Jarvis to others.
5. Fees
Jarvis is free during the testing phase. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.
6. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information, including Google user data. OneTimeLogin Jarvis's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Ownership and feedback
You keep all rights to your data and your calendar. We keep all rights to Jarvis, its software and its branding. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Jarvis under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
8. Suspension and termination Lawyer review
You may stop using Jarvis at any time, disconnect your calendar and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access, with notice where reasonable, if you break these terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we stop offering Jarvis or end the testing phase. Sections 7 to 13 continue to apply after termination.
9. Disclaimer of warranties Lawyer review
Jarvis is a test service provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that Jarvis will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that it will find or book any particular meeting, or that calendar information will be accurate or current.
10. Limitation of liability Lawyer review
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or missed or double-booked meetings, arising out of or relating to Jarvis or these terms. Our total liability for all claims relating to Jarvis or these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Jarvis in the 12 months before the claim and 100 U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Indemnity Lawyer review
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of Jarvis.
12. Governing law, venue and disputes Lawyer review
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at sanjay.sachi@gmail.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
13. General
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Jarvis. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them as part of a transfer of Jarvis, subject to the privacy policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for a material change, tell you in Jarvis or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Jarvis after that means you accept the change.
